Jerry is a Saskatoon-raised, third generation Ukrainian-Canadian muralist based in Toronto. While his surreal geometric animals can be found on canvas, in digital print, and installation, birdO is primarily known for his large scale mural work on walls and buildings around the world. He utilizes the principals of graphic design in his painted works and treats his surfaces as editorial layouts which make his animals easily identifiable with their unique look and composition.
Anna is a Ukrainian-Canadian artist from Toronto. Anna was born in Kyiv, Ukraine, and immigrated to Canada with her family in the late 90s. She graduated with a BA (Honours) in Graphic Design from York University /Sheridan College, and an MBA from the University of Toronto, Rotman School of Management. Since completing her degrees, Anna has built a successful career in marketing communications, while producing freelance illustration work for individual and corporate clients, including the City of Toronto, Young & Rubicam, Sakura of America and Jaguar. Anna’s artwork has also been featured in various print and online publications, including BBC Ukraine, Communication Arts Advertising Annual, and the Nature journal.
Andrea is a freelance illustrator, mural painter, sign painter and artist from Kitchener, Ontario, and based in Toronto Canada. She graduated from OCAD University with a Bachelor of Design in Illustration. She regularly collaborates with other female painters and together with artists Nicole D’Amario and Melissa Luk, formed an all-girls mural collective in 2014 called the Buck Teeth Girls Club. They have completed pieces together throughout Toronto and traveled to Argentina for a mural painting residency in 2015. Andrea has painted murals internationally in Los Angeles USA, Melbourne Australia, and Yogyakarta Indonesia.
